Try having your anti-virus software disabled during installation.

Did you actually install latex not just texstudio? this error is often seen when there is no larex installed. Remember, texstudio is just and editor/frontend

ProTeX may not have correctly set your environment most common reasons are 1) path settings possibly as a result of 2) incorrect auto updating/configuration of MiKTeX by protex 3) the antivirus or other process interfered with the installation sequence A) fire up MiKTeX-console and launch the black terminal box on the left in that window type in PATH and looking at the result check it has one or more references to MiKTeX if not then you need to resolve that issue
